Anonymous asked: I am pretty skinny and I would like to gain a small bit of weight because I am all skin and bones and very flat chested. I don't exactly eat healthy but I try to get my 5 a day and stuff. Is there any way that I can eat healthy and gain weight ?
Hi! This is not my expertise : (. What I would do is talk to your doctor ( or a professional nutritionist ) about a healthy way to gain weight. I would definitely recommend eating healthier carbs ( as opposed to empty carbs ) & natural sugars as opposed to cane sugars.
Even though you’re eating more & gaining weight, you want to still feel energized. Fueling your body with the right foods is so important. Good luck lady!
Anonymous asked: Hey Lauryn I love the blog! It's helped me transition from the dreadful skinnyfat to sex kitten skinny. I love all your tips and tricks! I just started working at a nut free school. I need some inspiration on skinny nut free snacks and lunches. I love almonds, almond butter, sunflower butter, sesame seed Ezekiel bread, protein and granola bars that have seeds or nuts. All I've got so far is hummus and veggies. Any ideas for me?
Hey lady! You’re so cute : ). I bet you look hot! I would do hummus, veggies, Greek yogurt, fruits, sweet potato wedges, veggie juice, smoothies, hard boiled eggs, tofu, turkey slices, &/or quinoa. Hope that helps babe! xx.

Anonymous asked: Hi Lauryn! I was wondering what thoughts you had on strength training to tone up? I'm looking to add more to my current "cardio only" gym seshs.
